At Ross Creek Builders, creating your dream home is a collaborative effort. As a result, each house we build is as unique as the individual home owner.
This is where your Pinterest Board, Houzz wish list, magazine pages, and ideas from family and friends comes together. Sharing your ideas gives us a much better understanding of what you want in your new home.

SCOPE OF WORK

The first step is understanding your vision. We will schedule our initial meeting to see what you have in mind. This is the time to share your ideas so we can get a flavor for your individual taste. Every dream home begins with two key elements: proper planning and a great design.

If you have already chosen your house plans, we will assist you in locating the ideal lot. If you’ve found the lot you want but are still looking for the perfect set of plans, we are here to help. Either way, you can rest assured that together we will find a winning combination.

Once your price range has been identified and we understand and agree on the scope of work, we will provide a good faith estimate. Let’s build something amazing together!

SECURE

When we are sure your house plan and lot are compatible, we will assist you with your lot acquisition. Once a contract with Ross Creek Builders is in place, we can secure your lot, and will be ready to begin building your dream home. Your budget and imagination are the only limits.

CONCEPT TO CREATION

We will work with you on your house plans, offering professional design services as needed to make minor adjustments. Since changes after construction begins will unnecessarily increase the expense of the project, we do our best to have all architectural changes redlined before construction begins to ensure a cost-effective build. Structural changes, however, will require the involvement of an architect, which could result in a time extension.

Upon completion, we will do a walk through so we can identify and take care of any last minute finishing touches to make sure your new home is ready for your move in date.
